I work outside at night. In the winter the weather turns really nasty and this jacket and I have gone a couple rounds in the rain.

I felt like it kept me dry enough for the most part, even in pouring rain for a limited time. My complaint is the lack of breathability of the fabric. I have been spoiled now by 300 denier Oxford cloth. But this is always standing ready as a backup. For the price, Recommended.
