Haggerty-380 Kirk Haggerty
Plaque of the former location of the Christian Temple Manor, near present day Marbury, Charles County, Maryland (near a cove called 'Sweden Point' - perhaps the Swedish one time landed at this spot during their explorations in the 1630s). The land was given to Thomas Allison (or Allanson) in 1659 by Lord Baltimore (during the Cromwell Period in England).

The area is swamps and marshlands, just as it must have been when the land was first settled.
