Lo and behold, the rumors were true. The HTC One S is coming to T-Mobile next week on Wednesday, April 25th. The price will be $199.99 (on a two-year contract after a $50 mail-in-rebate, of course). The 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED device with Android 4.0 and HTC's Sense 4 will run on the carrier's HSPA+ 42 network and come with the full version of "Where's My Water?" featuring ten additional, exclusive levels.
We spoke briefly with T-Mobile reps who confirmed with us that this will be a "hero" device for the carrier, much like HTC's don't-call-it-a-One-X-variant Evo 4G LTE is for Sprint, and that there will indeed be a commercial featuring both the device and new Ducati owner Carly.
For those keeping track at home, HTC One's US invasion thus far is One S on T-Mobile April 25th, One X on AT&T May 6th (also $199.99), and Evo 4G LTE on Sprint sometime later that month — still nothing for Verizon network and nothing about One V's plans for America.
