Here's my Paph.praestans. It's usually a fall bloomer for me.

The flowers measure 4.5 inches wide and 5.5 inches tall.

That spike is so stately - tall and the spacing of the flowers is perfect IMO. Beauty!

Nice blooming indeed. The growth habit is a bit loose. I have two plants, one in bud and both have very tight growing habits (no space between growths). Does yours put out new growths on runners?

No. It's an old plant that I've had for about 17 years. It has two growing leads going off in opposite directions. I haven't had the heart to divide it.
