Sue
evil genius
This is one of those crosses that the breeder named, but didn't seem to bother to register. This, of course, annoys me horribly, despite that I'm sure that the parents are so distant from species that the cross wouldn't mean anything to me anyway.
It has a lovely fragrance: freesia high notes, but with a strong sandalwood base. Fills up my office, especially when I open my door first thing on campus in the morning. Also, the velvety-looking maroon throat is actually velvety to the touch. I can take off a keiki or two if someone falls in love with it.
