Cycnoches loddigesii

This one was bought as Cycnoches haagii x pentadactylon... as almost always with Catasetinae in Europe... a surprise: It is Cycnoches loddigesii!!!

Actually, I am happy with it, as I was looking for a loddigesii for quite a while, but disappointed as I really wanted a Cycnoches Blanche Carr..

the trick: lots of light, lots of water, lots of nutriens... water only after new growth has 2-3 inches long roots, and stop nutrients around halloween, slowly start reducing watering by then, and stop completely by New Years Eve, or when all leave have dropped off...

Important: use acaricide products without regret and even before detecting any mites on (actually, under) the leave of your plants...
