Description

We visit amaryllis breeders every other year in the spring looking for gorgeous varieties to bring back and trial, to see how well they perform for us at home. We loved ‘Gervase’, with its huge red anthers, pink blooms and delicate, marbled markings.

Care Tips

A tender bulb from Brazil which need to be grown inside in a bright, warm, sunny place. To make them last a second year, feed and water until the leaves die back and then allow to dry out and go dormant for about 8 weeks.
