It's not as fun as M3GAN and missed some opportunities to really make us cringe in our seats. Ex Machina is the gold standard in the AI robot gone rouge genre. This movie fails to even come close to that standard. SPOILER: should the victim run to the safety of the nearby town from the killer robot or into the house that he controls?

One of the most tedious, plotless, redundant movies ever. (had to shut it off halfway through) . Even with most terrible and dull movies, I can sit through the whole thing, but I could not endure another hour of this, after watching 40 minutes of non-stop silly robot offending the husband and becoming interested in the wife. No plot, much less a plot twist. I paid $6.99 plus tax to rent this on Amazon Prime, and I now believe that some of the 5 star audience reviews in August 2023 were made by questionable reviewers, as another reviewer suggested. This is the epitome of boredom and does not even rise to the quality of the worst Lifetime movie. If you're looking for a fun or interesting AI robot movie, such as MEGAN, this is NOT the film for you. In fact, I can't imagine anyone finding this bore to be bearable.
