I tend to work with individuals who have challenges and curiosities related to self and identity, unconscious internal conflicts and defenses, attachment and relationships, and how one's past and social location shape the present. I am relationally grounded, attachment focused and trauma centered; I believe that understanding and healing occurs in the context of our relationships, and therapy at its core is the building and deepening of a relationship.
For those feeling a sense of “stuckness” in our therapeutic process, I sometimes provide psycholytic ketamine assisted therapy in my practice.
I have postgraduate training in relational analytic theory and practice, and I have received training in psychedelic integration, MDMA assisted therapy for PTSD and ketamine assisted therapy.
