Introducing offspring from the famous 'Mishima Spots' clone from Japan, which bloom with spectacular red spotting throughout their orange 1" wide flowers. This species is native to Central America, where specimens have been known to bloom with clouds of orange flowers during the spring months. This orchid can produce as many as 15 flowers on a flower spike when grown to a mature size. This species produce sheaths in the fall before flowering in spring. It is not uncommon for the sheaths to turn papery brown before flowering. We have just 7 of these available at this size as of 2/16/2024.
