Description
Dump the stock rev and speed limitations and Ramp up the speed and the Horsepower Potential of your Suzuki Intruder C800. This colossal REV-PRO Motorcycle Rev Limiter Bypass simply plugs into the Engine Management’s quartz crystal soldered onto the Electronic Engine Management board which supplies the oscillating signal for ECU’s operation. Package arrived in fair amount of time despite of free shopping option. Directions were relatively straightforward but Vixion fellows never attempt to hook up this rev bypass unless you are tad microeletronics minded. Even to remove the ECM from its position is difficult but disassembly is a hard nut to crack. Magnum is not supposed to be marquee brand but this box did raise the rev limit as expected and seemingly it works fully in conjunction with my dyna programmer. Though setup is far more complex than imagined, I’ll definitely will recommend these guys for others.

I was definitely not gonna put my new 701 Enduro in serious jeopardy by reflashing the ecu because as far as I know any reflash tool might kill stock programming if any glitch prevents you from restoring it if you do decide. Market is not teeming with tuner for this bike and I was more than happy when I found this site in google. Forums’ assessments are all over the board but I suspect meager amount of poster guys have ever installed rev limiter on their bikes other heads’ recommendations were appreciative. I ordered one on Friday and landed on my turf on tuesday no matter I opted in for free ship option a nice enterieur. Though I had to pay my guy to get it installed as i’m not computer savvy all in all this rev box has to be on your must-do list if you want to derestrict your bike at least it worked awesome in my KTM.

raised my rev limit by 1450 rpm and mated to a fuel programmer it improved my peak power by a hefty 18HP with a top end speed gain of 7 mph

Their rev adjuster doesn't dont let stock rev limiter tax your engine with unreasonably low step-in rpm. Although it does need wiring labor, if you are serious about your performance build, this little thingy is a must. Shipnig was fast and stuff was overall helpful far beyond average. I'd certainly buy again.

got my rev bypass tune in no time at all and though instructions were a way clumsy for a non tech savvy guy, with Scott I coulda got out of dark and owing to my radio amateur experience back to 50 years we could get everything together love it fits works great and performs great awesome upgrade and pure tech support just a waelth of knowledge i'll buy again
