How do you create an MVP that your customers love?
Stop building. Seriously - stop building whatever product you're building and first come up with the smallest/cheapest/dumbest iteration that you can show to a paying customer. We see over 20,000 startups per month (at Startups.com) and I can tell you first hand that 90% of them are heads down building the wrong product. Not because they aren't smart, but because they committed to the features too early, before they got enough intel on what people were actually asking for.

What's your strategy for exiting your startup?
People always think that it's "boostrap or get funded". The reality is you need to consider doing both. Only a tiny % of startups get funded (I've been helping startups fund for decades) and frankly those that do often have a pretty strong plan around bootstrapping while fundraising. Think of fundraising as a parallel path - not the a singular one.

How can you manage a team across different time zones?
Everyone is going to hate me for this, but if your Slack channels aren't blowing up with activity, chances are no one is working. ("What?! How dare you!") I know, I know. But trust me, having run startups for 30+ years when everyone is super engaged and active, the channels are blowing up nonstop with people sharing their work. When they are have tumbleweeds running through them, it's almost always a sign that something is off.

What's your secret for delivering a pitch that wins over stakeholders?
The key to engaging investors with your pitch is to make sure they CARE about your problem. We care about problems when someone conveys the detail of the pain and consequence of those problems. Just saying "Global Warming is a Problem" isn't the same as saying "Global Warming is flooding the homes of millions of helpless children in Ghana" (I made that up, I'm sure they are OK ;)
