If the camera is not charging or not working despite everything looking in order, then the batteries just need to be replaced.

    • Push down on the grey arrow (pointing left) and slide left (while holding the grey arrow down).

    • The battery and memory slot flap spring will open (from left to right).

    • Remove the batteries.
