Hardly visit this side- due to connection issue- but a nice surprise. Lovely spots- looks like the blooms are reasonable size too. Making a note of this hybrid!.
Have been wanting to tell you that my nodosa spiked after I divided it, but a windstorm broke the spike (already had buds on it). I guess I am not destined to see my nodosa bloom!

Oh, Sambac, noooooooooo! Dagnabit, what a bummer. Hang in there. I'll bet it will spike again very quickly from another psb if the div is large enough. Once mine get going, they usually send up several blooms. Good luck!

Re: the the flower size, most of my spotted catts, including this one, have nice size flowers, at least 3" across.

I was having problems connecting here too, so I went to the Garden Web main page and opened the Orchid Gallery separately. Now I just click straight to it instead of trying to get there from the Forum.
