Dendrobium House opens its doors on National Orchid Day

Dendrobium House the newest offering of Serendipity Retreats opened her doors on 16 April on National Orchid Day! The name Dendrobium House is derived from ‘Dendrobium Maccarthiae’ which is a divinely exotic flower famously called ‘Vesak Orchid’ as it distinctively blooms during the season of Vesak in Sri Lanka. 

The exquisite contemporary colonial bungalow designed by the renowned architect Channa Daswatte embodies six luxurious bedrooms with en-suite facilities, and is promisingly the pinnacle of luxury! Dendrobium House is located and designed perceptively in order to capture the full view of the Hanthana mountain range in the midst of the breathtaking organic coffee plantations, paddy fields, and much more!
