1/ Do you combine shipping?

Many buyers are concerned about combine shipping. Yes, we do combine shipping for all orchids that are not in bloom to save the shipping cost for all the buyers. The fact is we always automatically refund all the over shipping charges for all buyers even they do not ask for.

Depending on the orchid size plants, the standard ground shipping for all the orchids, if they fit in one box, the shipping charge will be approximately from $9.50 to $10.50. Any larger size orchid has the shipping rate from $14 - $18 that we have mentioned in the listing. We do offer many orchids with free shipping. If you want to order the second orchid with the one that mentioned free shipping, please contact and let us know. We will combine and pack that orchid in the same box for free shipping for the second orchid (if they can fit in the same box).

If you can not wait if you want to place the order immediately as many orchids are very limited in quantity that can be sold out at any time, just place the order and send us the message to remind us for refund on shipping. Or, you can send us the screenshot of the items in cart prior to check out so we can know what box's size for packing, then we will send you the coupon code to remove the shipping charge at check out.

2/ Shipping Policy

We often ship out all the orders on Monday and Tuesday, for nearby states, we will ship out on Wednesday or Thursday as long as the shipment can be delivered within the same week. If your order is placed during the middle of the week, it is often ship out the following Monday/ Tuesday. For small size orchids, we sometimes ship out with USPS by the weekend for arrival early of next week.

We DO NOT ship to P.O. Box address. You must provide your physical address.

WINTER Shipping Policy

We strongly suggest you to order an extra heat pack to protect the orchid warm during shipping process. Most states should order 72 Hours Heat Pack; except WA, OR, NV, SD, ND and parts of ID next to WA and OR should order a 96 Hours Heat Pack.

We will hold the shipment until we find it is safe to ship out your order. However, you know your area better than us. Please notify and let us know the condition as well.

3/ Photo of the bloom orchids

Most of the bloom orchid photos are took on the actual batch of the listing. However, the colors can be vary from camera to camera or from computer to computer, or simply different due to the background by the time of taking the photos. Besides, The colors will vary slightly from plant to plant as well. Many orchids when first bloom has a bold colors but after the bloom the colors can be faded. This is all natural so please do not complaint if you see the colors can be vary to the listing photos.

4/ Fragrant orchids

Most of the fragrant orchids, many people can detect the scent but some are not. Also some orchids can be detected in the morning, at noon time or at night. We realized that some fragrant orchids can be detected more clearly in our greenhouse when the sun rise and it looks like the scent expose more and easy to detect during warm time of the day but some species when we display in the home can be less scent. This phenomenon can happen due to the hot but we are not 100% sure. For this reason, please do not surprise if you do not detect the scent on some species.

5/ Problems

>> All the shipments are insured. In case of late arrival or damages to the orchids, please notify us right away when you receive the orchids. Please provide us photos of orchid and box damages so we can file a claim for you. Please keep all the orchids and packing materials during we are filing the claim for you.

>> Each orchid is packed with great care, however, we cannot offer any guarantee to the flowers, buds, sheaths or spikes once the package leaves our premise unless the plants are damaged. Please be sympathy and understand with us as it takes a long process with so much cares to grow an orchid from seed or from flash or import the young plant from overseas and grow until it is in spike or in bloom. It is our heart breaking that some buyers just simple ask for fully refund at once when they saw one flower is damaged or one spike is broken meanwhile the orchid is still in healthy condition. Anyway, please do not too much worry. We have a very rare damage percentage (less than 2%). Please check back the reviews on our store for further information.
