The unfortunate plant was like the pictures in size and number of growths, but was in a very stressed condition, and extensively encrusted with lime scale/hard water deposits and had mostly dead roots. I cleaned it as best I could and set it up in a rescue situation, hoping for the best, l've had this variety before, it's flowers are very beautiful (better than the picture shown here) and has a wonderful fragrance - so worth the effort I think.

this orchid got stuck in USPS at no fault of the seller, but still arrived in great shape! My plant, as mentioned in other reviews, was covered in white dust, that I assume is pesticide, and was easily wiped off with damp paper towel. Orchid is not only blooming size, but has bloomed twice before! Very pleased!
