Sizing details
All plants are different in size but it does not mean a smaller size plant won’t bloom. Plant size has something to do with their genetics. If it’s marked as bloom size plant, under right growing condition, it’ll bloom.
Care instructions
Each different variety of orchid requires different grow conditions. Please do some research before you make a purchase.

What should I do after I receive my plants?
We recommend to set the plant in a suitable environment and let it recover from the transportation shock. Before shipping, the media is let dry to guarantee a better delivery, dehydration situation might occur. As long as the general condition of the plant is good, it’ll bounce back quickly with proper care.
Return or exchange
Plants can be returned or exchange with a 10% restocking fee only upon receiving. Buyer will be responsible for shipping.
We don’t accept returns or exchange for reasons as:
1. The plant I received is not the one on the picture.
2. The plant is smaller than I expected.
3. The plant arrived with some minor cosmetic damages.
Exchange can only be guaranteed when plant is back to shop under the same condition as it shipped.
The store reserves right to make the final decision.
Return or exchange exceptions
Exceptions can be made within 72 hours of receiving with conditions apply as below.
1. The plant is dead upon receiving. Buyer will contact the shop upon receiving the plant, a full refund will be processed.
2. The plant is sick when received. Please take pictures when plant is received.
We reserve the right of final explanation.
