I've purchased from this seller many times and highly recommend them. They are one of the better orchid sellers on etsy and often have sought after varieties at a cheaper price because they sell them as seedlings. They have not disappointed me once. Clearly they worked out a reliable system and care that the plants will do well for you. On my last order there was a freak cold snap that not even the heat pack could save the seedlings from. I contacted them and they sent replacements for my entire order with no hesitation or fuss, and they even threw in several extra seedlings of the more finicky species just to make sure that I would be successful with them after they arrived. The plants are always well packed and look exactly as advertised, and they will sometimes include extras for good measure. Excellent seller 👏 👍
