The item came to us unhealthy. Considering this is a pricey item you should have ensure that it will arrive to us in good condition. Right now, it’s dead.

This plant was in bloom too, again it's impossible to be unhealthy. Check the pictures i sent you and you can see how healthy they are. It's not hard to reach out to a seller and get help from us. I ask for pictures and you don't provide them to me to check how they are. Please read other reviews of my customers.
