    Awesome camera

    I have had a D50 for 11 years but had to replace the one I wore out. This was a great replacement for a great value and I am finally learning to use all the options. It's an easy point and shoot SLR but has many settings that can be controlled manually if desired. Highly recommend this camera!

    Bottom line, if you're a new photographer, this would be a good camera.

    Starting with the back... The screen is so small it's basically useless to check photo's after taking a picture. It works for changing settings, but that's about it. The controls are easy to use and in convenient locations except for the ISO. Grip is pretty big, so it's easy to hold, but can get heavy. Yes, this camera is outdated, but with a nice lens, it takes superb pictures. If you can find one in good shape for under $200 with a lens, jump on it. Don't pay over that though. The features it has aren't worth more than 200. And Nikon does not have a Firmware update for it. Kind of a bummer.

    great camera, easy to use, super seller

    This is a great camera...easy to use. it is light weight and comes with lots of accessories. This seller had all the accessories and it hardly looked used. The picture quality is amazing. Very clear realistic pictures. Will be taking pictures of my teenagers for their year books. My teenage children also use this camera and they agree it is very easy to use.

    good choice for nice pictures for a cheap price

    easy to use. but old generation. no video mode and 2g sd card maximum has to be uses. very good quality/price.
