The plants arrived damaged/frozen due to a packaging error. They were supposed to ship in a Styrofoam box. Instead, they arrived in a cardboard box. The seller issued a quick refund and his communication has been excellent. I'm disappointed about the condition of the plants, but working with this seller has been a positive experience overall. The plants were mature and as described prior to being frozen during shipping. I have given 1 star because of the damage.
