    I bought this camera to replace my P510. Almost exactly the same camera which I loved - except this version does not have the swing out view finder. Loved that feature on the P510. Otherwise this is a very versatile and good bridge category camera.

    The Jury Is Still Out

    The camera is old. I'm having trouble getting the driver software downloaded. And, there was no memory card. I would've done better buying an ollo lens for my smart phone. I only wanted the camera for close up photography. I'll know better if it was a good buy after I get it operational.

    It's pretty good overall, and not very bad in any way

    Excellent ease of use, somewhat fragile, not easy on batteries. Intolerant of cold. Nevertheless, still a decent camera for those "gotta get it now" snaps, such as auto accidents, before the other driver runs, and the like. I now have three of these, and other cameras for other uses, but it's perfect to keep in the car and WAY better than a cellphone camera.

    Nikon Coolpix 16MP

    This camera can easily be adjusted for use by either a beginner or a pro. Image quality is good! I would be very happy if I could find a good way to attach a polarizing filter to reduce glare under certain conditions.
