High quality, robust plants at a reasonable price. Ebay and the seller said delivery wouldn t be until mid-March, then Ebay claimed they were delivered January 31st. Actual delivery came on Feb 14th. Seller was irritated by my review after the non-delivery on Jan 31st despite the errors being from Ebay and/or USPS. Assuming the seller mailed my plants for the Jan. 31st delivery, he is a very talented grower live orchids were mishandled by the USPS for weeks with zero damage.

I ordered a heat pack to protect the plant because my night temps were low. Things changed after my purchase and the seller was so kind to refund me the money that I paid for the heat pack. That goes to show that they really care. took the time to double check. That to me is what you call a genuine person. Even if the heat pack was a few bucks. But anyways, everything was perfect, Just as listed, fast shipping and great communication. Everything I’ve ever bought from this seller is doing great!

Plant was smaller than I thought It was going to be based on other photos in the listing (I wasn’t expecting it to be in bloom, just more foliage and not so thin). But overall great packaging plant came on Friday after being shipped Tuesday which is awesome!
I asked a lot of questions which can be very annoying, but Jeff answered as best he could which is greatly appreciated!
The packaging seemed to be very well done with live orchid stickers on the outside along with other warnings.
