EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I bought the cord listed as NIB but when I received it the cord must have been used and put back in the box because it had sharpie markings on the plugs. I informed the seller and they said they had made a mistake in thinking it was new because it was in a box and appeared new.
