In the clip, Sjana revealed that she met her ex-boyfriend on the dating app, Bumble.

After one 'amazing' date in which she and the unnamed man went for a coastal bush walk, had some sushi and watched the sunset, she felt caught up in a whirlwind romance.

There were sparks, we had a kiss, it was a good kiss and I thought that meant it was right

This soon saw the young social media star up sticks and leave her home town in order to live 'on the island' with her partner.

'It was against my parents' and my family's belief,' she said.

'But I so badly wanted to believe that it was this great love I thought it can be. There were sparks [on that first date], we had a kiss, it was a good kiss and I thought that meant it was right.'

Within a week, Sjana had left home and was living with her boyfriend in a six-month lease apartment.

'It was exciting, it was thrilling... it was like being on holiday,' she said.

Soon enough, however, the Instagram star highlighted a few 'red flags' which she should have picked up on.

'I wasn't talking to my family. It was horrible for me to do that for a minute, let alone for three months [how long she ended up staying with her ex],' she said.

Holiday: While Sjana said that the relationship felt 'thrilling' and 'exciting', she also said that there were red flags - notably that her parents were opposed to the relationship

The pair ended up breaking it off after three months, when Sjana felt it was putting too much of a strain on her life.

Sjana then went to Bali to 're-charge' and recuperate, upon which point her mum advised her to come home.

'In retrospect it was one of the worst choices of my life. It was so childish to move away after a week,' she confessed.

She said that rather than being in love, she was merely in love with 'the idea of being in love'.
