It definitely seems to be the Barou.  Do we link them together somehow?  Re-label all my "solved" subjects on this puzzle?

My source was online, showing images from the 1998 Bagatelle Concours d'Elegance in Paris.  Sometimes, when there is only one source for an image, the information provided is wrong...

It's just a straightforward repost so have merged with SACO'#s original #21.
