From a young age I have been fascinated by light interaction with objects in nature. Reflections on water, filtering through trees, creating shadows, there is a never-ending dance between light and color. I try to capture those moments when light and color come together to create those special visions. Nature provides an endless canvas for those who take time to stop, watch, and freeze those scenes with the camera. Examine my photos and you will see not my artistry but that of our Creator. I've modified this page to include some great photos taken by my late son. Michael Allen Harris was a gifted photographer from an early age. Yet he didn't come into his own until he acquired high quality equipment during the last 10 years of his life. Unfortunately he was taken from us far to soon due to failed kidneys and an ailing heart at the age of 45. These photos are the legacy of his tremendous talent which went far beyond art. His photos will appear in the "Open Road Collection" and are available for sale as well. A portion of each sale will be donated to the American Kidney Foundation in his name.
