New, factory sealed items are under FULL manufacturer's warranty. Customers purchasing through Anspletrades will receive a warranty card with product serial numbers and a toll-free number to call in case of product defects. The length and terms of warranty vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and product to product. Anspletrades makes sure customers are FULLY aware of all warranty details BEFORE purchasing product. Factory refurbished items are under warranty by Anspletrades for a full three months after date of purchase. Anspletrades takes an active role against online fraud. We encourage purchases made with Paypal. Customer does NOT have to open a Paypal account nor pay ANY fees. Paypal fees are the responsibility of Anspletrades. If Anspletrades does not fulfill its agreement with the customer then the customer can easily lodge a complaint with Paypal using the ID given at time of payment. If Anspletrades does not reply with a reasonable resolution within 10 days, customer is fully refunded for purchase BY Paypal. In return, Anspletrades is covered against Unscrupulous people involved in credit card fraud.
