I did buy a used product but only had one disk so far act weird. (It was season 8 I think). Everything is included a booklet with the episodes and all the disks. The only possible problem is the disks seem a little thin? And changing disks is a bit of a hassle as I feel it’ll snap as I take it out of the container. Overall loved the product even if I got a used one!

I purchased this set for my wife for Christmas. She has been a big fan of friends for years and owns a couple seasons on DVD. After the passing of Matthew Perry, I thought that this would make a gift for Christmas but I also figured that price would be sky high for the set, and it was. Luckily, I found this repacked set for a very reasonable price, around $45 I believe. I was expecting set of DVDs with a worn out but or noticeable damage but this set was pristine! I was completely happy with this repackaged set, looks great, works great, my wife was very happy!!

I'm just over halfway into watching the series for the first time, and so far, every episode plays perfectly. Lots of funny moments. However, the last DVD was loose in the case, it didn't have a slot. I had some old CD paper sleeves lying around, so I threw it in there; still, it's weird that there was no slot for it.

The shipping though, ugh. I returned my first copy because it was incredibly damaged, Amazon shipped it in a soft blue and white mailer which didn't protect it at all. Amazon shipped my second copy in a thin paper mailer that was even worse, it was open when I received it; literally a ten-inch hole; someone could've easily stolen it. Surprisingly, the product wasn't damaged. Still, it should've been in a box to protect it.

Overall, it's a great product, I'd highly recommend it, but Amazon was questionable when it came to the shipping, so just be aware of that.
