My original fob had a worn out button. This fob case did the trick as a replacement. The original fob was a bit tricky and time consuming to get apart. But, putting the internal electronics into the replacement was easy. Look for helpful videos. The price on this fob replacement is much less costly than others.

Got so frustrated that I couldn’t even it up, I threw it in the trash can. Don’t waste ur money. I’m just going to pay for an authentic Chevy key fob instead of a cheap imitation. 👎🏼

Except for the lack of a Chevy emblem, the case was an exact match for the factory case. The key spring latch mechanism is slightly different such that you have to swap keys, but that is just a nail and hammer exercise. Use a small brad nail to punch out the pin on each and the hammer to tap the new pin in once you swap keys. There are videos of the process online for reference. I had some difficulty getting the old case apart due to age, but since I didn't care, I tore it apart in pieces.
