The main objective of this Madhya Pradesh Kisan Anudan Yojana is to provide grant money to the farmers of the state to buy good equipment for farming, ao that the farmers of MP can produce good yield and become self-sufficient. The income of the farmers will also increase through this scheme. Farmers of Madhya Pradesh can do farming with new technology by getting subsidies under this scheme.
Under this scheme, 30% to 50% grant money will be provided by the government to the farmers of MP. In this scheme, subsidies ranging from Rs 40,000 to Rs 60,000 will be given to the farmers. Let us look at some key features of this MP Kisan Anudan Yojana:
- Under this scheme, an online purchase approval order will be issued by the District Officer on the basis of the records submitted online by the farmer.
- After the cancellation of the application, you will not be eligible to submit the application for the next 6 months.
- The farmer will get the benefit of subsidy on material only when he fulfils the eligibility conditions of subsidy for material.
- Through the selected dealer, along with his record, the farmer should register the copy of the bill and the details of the material in the portal.
- Once the dealer is selected it will not be possible to change the dealer again.
- Under the scheme, ineligible farmers will not get the benefit of subsidy on purchase of material.
- The farmer will have to pay the amount of the equipment/material to the dealer through bank draft, cheque, online banking only. Cash amount will not be accepted.
- Physical verification of materials and records will be done by the departmental officer within 7 days of uploading the records and bills etc. on the portal through the dealer.

Eligibility For The MP Kisan Anudan Yojana
The eligibility criteria for this scheme have been categorised on the basis of type of agricultural equipment. Let us take a look at the various classifications
For tractors:
- Farmers of any category can buy tractors.
- Only those farmers will be eligible, who have not received the benefit of grant under any scheme of the department on purchase of tractor or power tiller in the last 7 years.
- The benefit of subsidy can be obtained on any one for tractors and power tillers.
For self-propelled agricultural equipment
- Farmers of any category can buy the said material.
- Only those farmers will be eligible, who have not received the benefit of subsidy under any scheme of the department on the purchase of the said equipment in the last 5 years.
For all types of tractor drawn agricultural machinery:
- Farmers of any category can buy this machine, but it is necessary to have a tractor in their own name.
- Only those farmers will be eligible, who have not received the benefit of subsidy under any scheme of the department on the purchase of the said equipment in the last 5 years.
For sprinkler, drip system, raingun, diesel/electric pump:
- Farmers of all classes who have their own land will be eligible.
- The farmer who has taken advantage of irrigation equipment in 7 years will not be eligible.
- It is mandatory for the farmer to have an electricity connection for the electric pump.

How To Apply In MP Kisan Anudan Yojana 2023?
The interested beneficiaries of the state who want to apply under this MP Kisan Anudan Yojana should follow the method given below.
- First of all the applicant has to visit the official website of Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development and Horticulture and Food Processing Department. After visiting the official website, the home page will open in front of you.
- On this home page, you will see the option of “Apply for Agricultural Machinery / Agricultural Engineering Directorate”. You have to click on this option.
- After clicking on the option, the next page will open in front of you. On this page you will see the application form where you have to select the option “Through Biometric” or “Without Biometric” depending on your preference in this form.
- Then all the information asked like district, block, village, farmer class, agricultural machinery, scheme etc. will have to be selected and then fill your Aadhar Number and Mobile Number.
- After filling all the information, you have to click on the button of the capture finger. After successful registration, you will see the system generated Application Number, keep it safe for the future.
How To Check Application Status In MP Kisan Anudan Yojana?
Once the application is filed, the applicant can check the status of his application through this method.
- First of all the applicant has to go to the official website. After visiting the official website, the home page will open in front of you. On this home page, you have to click on the option of apply.
- After clicking on the option, the next page will open in front of you. On this page you will see an option “Current Application Status” you have to click on it.

- On the home page, you have to click on the link of Subsidy Calculator .
- Now a new window will open in front of you.
- On this window, you have to select your gender, select the farmer’s work, select the type of holding, select the agricultural equipment and the amount.
- After this you have to click on the Show button.
- The subsidy amount will appear on your computer screen.

Apart from farmers, even the manufacturers of the farm equipment can register on the site and list their equipment of purchase through subsidy. In order to register, the following steps must be completed.
- First of all, you have to go to the official website of the Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development Department.
- After this the home page will open in front of you.
- On the home page, you have to click on the option of producer registration.
- After this, you have to click on the option of click for producer registration.
- Now you have to register the new manufacturer.
- After this the application form will open on your screen.
- Manufacturer name/company name, applicant name, state, district, mobile number, username, password etc have to be entered in your application form.
- Now you have to click on the option of Registration.
- In this way you will be able to register the manufacturer.
