2018-19 SEASON: Novotnikova enters her senior season competing for the Women of Troy.

2017-18 SEASON: Novotnikova was named a 2018 CRCA All-American...Selected to the CRCA Pac-12 All-Conference Team...Named to the Pac-12 Women's Rowing All-Conference Team...Selected as  CRCA National Scholar-Athlete...Earned Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention...Primarily rowed with the Varisty 8+ as a junior...Helped the Women of Troy earn an invitation to the NCAA Championships where the team placed 12th overall in the nation...Finished in sixth place with the Varsity 8 in the A/B semifinal at NCAAs...Earned 4th place as a team at the Pac-12 Championships... Defeated UCLA to extend USC's undefeated streak to 17-0 all-time …Took second place in the A Final at the Clemson Invitational with the Varsity 8...Took third with the Varsity 8 at the San Diego Crew Classic.

2016-17 SEASON: Novotnikova was a member of USC's Varsity 8 her sophomore season...Placed second in the Women's Collegiate V8+ Grand Final at the San Diego Crew Classic...Defeated UCLA in the annual dual to extend USC's undefeated streak to 16-0 all-time...Placed fifth with the Varsity 8 at the Pac-12 Championships.

2015-16 SEASON: Novotnikova rowed with the Varsity 8 her freshman season...Defeated UCLA in the annual dual to extend USC's undefeated streak to 15-0 all-time...Placed third with the Varsity 8 at the Pac-12 Championships...Claimed fourth in the Petite Final with the Varsity 8 at the NCAA Championships.

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE: Member of the Czech Junior National Team and U23 National Team.

CLUB: Novotnikova competed for LS Brno rowing club for four years.

PERSONAL: Radka Novotnikova was born April 7, 1995, in Brno, Czech Republic…Daughter of Dusan and Lubica Novotnikova…Has one brother, Adam…Enjoys watching Game of Thrones and Survivor…Would like to visit New Zeeland…Has always wanted to go parachuting.
