This is a red form of Tillandsia streptophylla. This is a plant that was selected by Steve Correale. He discovered it growing in a group of seedlings. It was the only plant in that group that had the red foliage color instead of green. This plant grows to the same size and has the same shape as the green foliage one, only differing in color. Very nice!
