Locate the Serial Number
The serial number of the printer is located inside the printer, as shown below.
- With the printer powered on, lift the scanning unit and pull the scanning unit support down into place.
- The serial number is located inside the printer slightly right of center on the metal plate on the bottom of the machine's interior.
It starts with four letters and ends with five numbers. Example: ABCD12345
