c3m2 for instance...
{ classname = "upgrade_spawn", laser_sight = 1, spawnflags = 0, upgradepack_explosive = 1, upgradepack_incendiary = 1, origin = Vector(-7880,5412,15), id = 1757181 },
you could get to the location with setpos -7880 5412 15 for instance.
And note that in ᴿᴱᴻᴱ™'s comment, he has shown that he pinpointed the specific locations of all the possible laser sights. I don't personally know the technical methods of finding the possible laser sights (besides being lucky); but ᴿᴱᴻᴱ™ knows a way (I don't know exactly how but as I read the files he shared, I'm convinced), while Salakirby can pinpoint specific possible locations by using a map editor for Source-engine games.
All in all, you can no longer say that "it's impossible to pinpoint a specific location."
