• Orchids are shipped bare root. Upon receipt, you may notice that the roots are dry. This is perfectly normal as orchids should be completely dry before re-watering. To revive them, soak your orchids in lukewarm water for a few minutes and then plant them in a high-quality orchid medium.

• Currently, our orchids are not in spike or flower. These are petite plants that typically do not exceed a few inches in size.

• If your local weather is expected to drop below 40°F, we recommend adding a Heatpack to your order. Our Heatpack includes a Mylar blanket and expedited shipping to protect your orchids from cold temperatures. We cannot be held responsible for orchid damage due to inclement weather without the use of a Heatpack.
