NOTE: Please send us a request to combine your postage before paying for your orchids (The way to save money on postage). 

We Ship the parcels on Every Mondays for the last week Orders (Payment received before midnight Sunday) So that most of the parcels arrive on Wednesday and Thursday to avoid the parcel sitting somewhere in the post office.

Our Plant Compensation Term:

1. Risk of Delivery via Aust Post: Once the parcels left our nursery, it is out of our control. Buyers are willing to take the risk of the delivery via Aust Post Express Parcel, under general circumstances.

2. Plants die in a month: We are happy to offer 50% of the credit of the value of the plants die in a month with next order (Buy and pay the the postage). (Terms and Condition Apply: This offer only to the buyers who left the positive feedback within a week after the arrival of the parcel.)

3. Wrong Labels: For some reason, some of the plants might be labeled with wrong name. (Possibly by mis-handling from us or mistakes from my suppliers). 

We are happy to offer 50% of the credit of the value of the plants mis-labeled with next order (Buy and pay the the postage).
