Phalaenopsis fasciata is a small, hot growing, epiphytic native of the Philippines with short stems enveloped by several imbricating persistent leaf bearing sheaths carrying leaves that are dorsally keeled and it blooms on a lateral, zigzag, 10″ [25 cm] long inflorescence that is longer than the leaves and has bracts of long-lasting flowers that are fleshy, waxy and fragrant.
