Horrible service with very unprofessional and rude employees!!!! I was complaining when I walk out the door and the manager Pete told me, "Don't come back as a matter of fact I will put your name on the list to not come back"! This unstable person has a REALLY REALLY BAD ATTITUDE for being a manager he never acknowledges anyone when they walk in!!! So believe that rubs off on all employees and it shows!! There is only one female employee there that is nice and helpful. This is not the first time I've had problems at this locations with your employees!!!!

So... what the point of buying an item with a warranty if it's going to be canceled after the first time it failed? That should Renew the warranty not cancel it? Why are the parts defective? And why is your staff so disrespectful? Fix it, politely

Service was terrible , no one asked if I needed any help finally get what I need and get to counter and dude still doesn't speak to me , I ask how he is doing as he just checked out a man and he looks at me and says well I'm doing.. then walks off doesn't say I'll be with you in a minute or anything just leaves the front all together so I left my items on counter and walked out ! Will never come back! Auto zone it is !

I walked in. A customer on FaceTime walked around store looking at products for his friend. And the only person working stood by him pointing out a product. I figured he'd be a minute or two. So I waited at register. He didn't even turn to acknowledge me. The customer said he looks like he's ready to check out to which the employee did nothing didn't even turn to say he would be with me in a minute. Needless to say I walked out and he still didn't even turn to acknowledge me. Will never enter this store again!!! If GM reads this it was at 8:00pm on October 1.

We showed up after most mechanic shops were closed so we stopped into Advance Auto Parts to see if someone could help us with a car issue. Eric confirmed there was no road-side mechanic support AAP provides but offered to come take a look and see if he could help. He resolved our issue quickly, respectfully and completely on his own volition, helping us get home safely. Above and beyond his role!

I stood in line for 10 minutes to get one item. They have four guys working in the back and one guy working in the front worst customer service ever. I'd suggest no one to come to this store and this particular auto parts.

We went to Carquest to pick up a cabin filter and an air filter for my car. The staff was friendly, and quick. They knew exactly what I was looking for, put in the part number, and got me what I needed.

The prices were very competitive with other stores I researched. Honestly, I'm surprised there's more cars across the street at AutoZone then they are at CarQuest. That was good for me, because I got the service very quick. However, they could probably do a lot more business.

I also noticed the motor oil was competitive with the Walmart prices. That's going to save me a trip next time I need to change the oil.

This is a smallish, sort of old-school-style auto parts store that seems to sell generic auto parts under the Carquest label. They have a limited selection, but they seem to have what you might need. I came here a few weeks ago to get a locking gas cap for my new vehicle. they looked it up on the computer and got me the part that should have fit. Once we got it home and tried it on, it didn't work. I brought it back, explained the situation and my money was returned as they didn't have a piece that actually fit. Their selection on other accessories was pretty small too, I think I'll stick with the bigger auto parts chains.

This is a great, old school type, auto parts store. When I say,"Old School" I refer to friendly, helpful customer service from people who actually have a working knowledge of car mechanics. Not like the large chain parts stores, who wouldn't know the difference between a spark plug and a tire iron. They also, let you borrow tools to get the job done and can give you guidance should you need it.

Bought my car battery here 2 years ago and the battery went dead. i went back to carquest and there is only one person in the store and he said that he can't go out and test the battery. i need to remove it and bring it inside to test it. i decided to have autozone test it accross the street and they said that i have a bad battery. went back to carquest and they told me to come back on a weekday when there is more people working.

i came back on a monday and they came out with an old style battery tester (needle, don't show the cracking amps) and told me that its not the battery. the needle needs to point to red for it to be bad. they gave me a list of mechanic to diagnose whats wrong since they think its the alternator. i went to work (the car still starts) and go to an O Really store in laplace to test the battery. Their tester shows its bad battery. i told them my story and they told me to go to advance auto (which owns carquest) in la place and they tested it and shows bad battery (250 cracking amps versus 650) and replace the battery for me for free.

i won't buy anything in this store (not much car outside). go to autozone accross the street instead.
