Call of Duty 4 Punkbuster Linux server files

Hey, I was wondering if anyone here has the punkbuster files and if so, could they upload them for me? Interested in running punkbuster on my server, mainly for the PBSS function.

i said it's useless and broken, obviously you don't know in what ways.

Try to catch cheaters that has one of the follow

1) Cheats that are up-to date

2) That are on a mac

3) That is on windows 8

4) Has change their aa setting to x4

because if they have either one, pbss won't pick them up. Pretty sure some one already explained why pbss is now useless since PB isn't supported anymore on here, maybe go search for it.

I do know in what ways you meant it was broken, but just because something is broken, doesn't make it useless. Try rephrasing what you said the first time, as it wasn't very specific. Few cheaters being caught is better than no cheaters being caught.

download pb setup from evenbalance.com and try to find cod4 in gamelist on pb setup.

and you won't find!

because pb is no longer supporting to cod4. they officially stopped supporting and you can ask from pb supports if you don't believe me. They will tell you pb is no longer support for cod4 and you should ask it from activision.

I have cod4 in my steam, and they don't provide pb setup for cod.

pb still "works" but it is more hassle than it is worth, and kicks more legit people than it bans hackers

PB still works? Join a pb server with modified iw3mp.exe and find out nothing happens

PBSS is broken. We can easily block PBSS. And PB kicks people for no reason.

it does kick for reasons but it sucks I can only agree with that, not useful for public servers only priavte wars etc
