I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LIC# 45270). I began my training as a psychotherapist in 1994, with a focus on working with couples, adults and families, particularly clients with a history of trauma and significant losses. Since earning my license in 1998 i have acquired 25+ years of experience and can say I am truly passionate and dedicated to helping couples, adults and family grow and heal from their pain and live happy, enjoyable lives with their loved ones.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
Psychotherapy or counseling is a process by which I help you to examine your thoughts, feelings, actions, and relationships in an effort to gain insight (discover where problems exist and what changes can improve your overall life satisfaction). I use a comprehensive approach consisting of psychological education, emotional support, ongoing behavioral and emotional analysis and feedback, and behavioral and cognitive (ways of thinking) training.
