Yola

Yola (born Yolanda Quarterly, 1984) is a British singer/songwriter from Bristol, England. Formerly the lead singer of the band Phantom Limb, released her first solo EP, Orphan Offering in 2016.

In February 2019, she released her debut album Walk Through Fire on Dan Auerbach’s (The Black Keys) record label Easy Eye Sound.

Yola first came to the attention of Dan Auerbach after a chain of people, starting with her manager, forwarded a video of her performing in Nashville at Americana Fest. After watching the video, Auerbach set up a call and connected quickly saying:
