DPR intelligence reports on the completion of the development of a plan of attack on the Donbass by the General Staff of the Ukrainian army
The People's Militia Department of the DPR informs about the receipt of new intelligence data on the military planning of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to Colonel Eduard Basurin, deputy head of the DPR NM Department, intelligence reports that the Ukrainian command has completed the development of a plan for an offensive operation in the Donbass.
According to Eduard Basurin, the head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Sergei Shaptala, is preparing to present the developed offensive plan to the commander of the Joint Forces Operation, Alexander Pavlyuk, this week. Also, the points of the plan will be brought to the attention of the commanders of the Sever and Vostok OTG, whose military personnel are concentrated in the Donbass.
Eduard Basurin notes that in the end, the plan developed by the General Staff of the Ukrainian army will end up in the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, where it can be finally approved.
At the same time, it is noted that the concentration of forces and means of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donbass is being increased. At the same time, units from various regions of the country, including the western ones, are being transferred to the region. The brigades that are already in the JFO zone are under staffing and regrouping. There is a constant delivery of weapons and ammunition to the conflict zone. There is no question of any observance of the Minsk agreements by the Ukrainian side.
The preparation of Ukrainian troops for an offensive operation cannot leave the people's republics of Donbass indifferent. Eduard Basurin, a representative of the DPR UNM, said that the Donetsk People's Republic reserves the right to seek military assistance from the Russian Federation.
Recall that earlier the State Duma of the Russian Federation for consideration submitted an initiative to appeal to President Vladimir Putin to recognize the independence of the DPR and LPR.
