Sziasztok.Van egy Samsung VP-D21 kamerám nem csinál semmit csak az optikába a blede kattog kinyit bezáz ha fezsültség alá kerül a készülék, be sem kell kapcsolni a gépet de ha bekapcsolom netörténik semmi csak tovább kattog.
Úgy lett letéve hogy működött. Mi lehet a baja ha valaki tud segíteni nagyon megköszönöm.

Üdv Mindenkinek!
Egy garanciális mobiltelefonnal történt egy kis baleset. Mechanikai behatás érte a kamera lencséjét védő üveget és az eltörött. A kamerája szerencsére nem sérült meg. Gondolom, hogy ezt garanciálisan nem fogják megjavítani, ezért érdeklődnék, hogy beszerezhető-e valahol ilyen védőüveg, vagy valamivel pótolható-e, esetleg bontásból van-e valakinek (bár nem hiszem, hogy sérülés nélkül bontható lenne). Továbbá a törött üveg szakszerű eltávolítására és cseréjére vonatkozó szakmai tanácsokat is szívesen vennék...!
