I typically would give 5stars but this order came in today and the box was crushed in shipping and the bottom of the box was torn off. I was in complete panic mode when it got delivered to my door that I had to do an emergency unboxing to make sure all my plants were there and access the damage. There was barely anything protecting the leaves just paper and that was soaking wet. Except for one plant which was bone dry. All an all I order 6 plants and and only 2 of the 6 will be able to be displayed anytime soon the rest will be in rehab mode for the next month or so. I suggest making multiple small orders than risk having a big order shipped out. I do think everything is going to be fine for each plant but I’m very disappointed with the shipping quality.
I have been wanted one for a while. Very excited to receive this plant. Received a potted mature plant, which is nice. All my previous purchases from ecuagenera have been bare root. The only slight disappointment is the blemishes on the new growth.
I still have not received my plants!! Apparently they were delivered to the wrong address and I am still waiting to hear from Ecuagenera about either replacements or refunds!
I initially bought one of these plants and I was sent a plant that looked nothing like it but it was labeled as “Longistrorsum”. I knew it was wrong because I have a verified Longistrorsum and the one I got from Ecuagenera looked nothing like it. When I emailed them about the mix up I did not receive a reply. However, I was sent a replacement. The replacement also isn’t a Longistrorsum. I believe they are sending out hybrids and calling them the original plant name. Super bummed to have wasted money on this and I now have two unidentifiable plants instead of the plant on the top of my wishlist. Obviously this company doesn’t have people working for them who are knowledgeable of the plants they are picking to ship. They must also have quality control issues if these plants are being bred accidentally to make hybrids that are then being passed off as pure. I really wish I just had the plant I ordered. Photos are of the first wrong plant and the second.
