SIZE: Medium - approx 2"-3"

DESCRIPTION: This is the Guatemalan form of the popular Fuchsii species. T. Fuchsii is an amazing plant with filiform (thready) leaf blades. These plants typically grow very symmetrically, often forming into what looks like a perfect sphere. The coloration is grey to light green. Fuchsii have a good amount of trichomes and can withstand brighter conditions than many air plants.

When taking care of Fuchsii, be sure to give it sufficient amounts of water. Due to its very fine leaf blades, misting is not recommended as the sole watering method for Fuchsii. If possible, place Fuchsii in a bowl of water for at least an hour once every 7 - 10 days. This will allow the plant enough time to fully absorb the water it needs.

Fuchsii can be found in Mexico and Guatemala. This is an easy plant to get confused with T. Filifolia, and T. Andreana, but you will notice that the Fuchsii has a more delicate, silvery appearance.
