HERNDON, Va. – ATCS has been selected as Prime for the Bitner Hollow Road Bridge Replacement Project in Centre County, Pa. This project marks a significant milestone as the first win for ATCS’ newly formed Bridge Engineering team led by Husam Obeid, PE, CBSI, associate vice president of Structural Engineering (Bridges), and Aaron Craig, PE, CBSI, director of Structural Engineering (Bridges).
