Hermin Garic wins wheelchair division for 2nd consecutive year, breaks own record

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Hermin Garic has once again finished first within the wheelchair division at the Cooper River Bridge Run.

Garic, a New York native, won the event in 2021.

He told ABC News 4's Scott Eisberg that he beat the course-record time he set that year. His finish time is not yet official.
