Common Name Dressler's Trisetella [American Botanist current]

Found in Panama and Chocle provinces of Panama in cloud forests at elevations of 650 to 1000 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with erect ramicauls enveloped basally by 2 to 3 thin, tubular sheaths carrying a single, apical, thickly coriaceous, narrowly elliptical, acute, that is narrowly cuneate below into the base leaf that can bloom at any time of the year on an erect, from low on the ramicaul, peduncle slender, smooth, with a bract near the base, 1 to 1.8" [2.5 to 4.5 cm] long, successively single, few flowered inflorescence with shorter than teh pedicel floral bracts.
